I went to Royal Elevation to fix a minor fender bender. My experience with Ramon and his team started off positive, however, that quickly changed after getting my car back and his subsequent lack of concern to the many issues I pointed out. Instead of getting me back in right away to fix the mistakes, he took on additional clients. Luckily, the VW dealership recommended Apex Collision and they were able to take care of me for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them over Royal Elevation.
