RecommendedMatt fixed our washer properly even though we had to wait on parts. As soon as they came in he was Johnny on the spot here and FINALLY we have our washer! I would never use G and M again. I used Royal Electronics to have my Samsung dishwasher serviced. They came out several times to fix the leak but they could not find it. But the code displaying showed a leak. This went on for about 10 months: I was not getting any help from Samsung with my problem. I spoke with Nicki from Royal Electronics who spoke with Samsung regarding my dishwasher several times after they refused to give me a new one. July 4, 2017 I purchased LG washing machine at ****'s and in February 2018 my washer stopped working properly. LG assigned Royal Electronics of Volusia to repair the washer. First time a technician came to check what is wrong with machine and let me know that he will order a balance weight parts. I was waiting for the repair for weeks. They suck. Bought an Antenna Bracket. Didn't need it. They charged me a 20% PERCENT RESTOCKING FEE. Really?
Unresponsive to problem – Our Sony Projection TV went on the blink over the Memorial Day weekend. We called Royal - trying to keep business local - and they responded Tuesday with a house call. The technician spent about half an hour, told us he could repair the problem for $455 (plus his $95 trip charge) but would have to come back to pick up the set at a later time. If you go there avoid Stan, he has no customer service skills and should be kept in the back with all the other obsolete parts. He will not allow anyone else to have a opinion and a argue with you over his own return policy that is posted on the front desk. Run far away from this company if Stan is a the front counter or even in the building he is just plain ignorant.
They can fix most anything electronic! Best place to take your broken T.V. , Microwave or anything electronic including DVD's, VCR's, Radio's. They also come to your home if you can't get that big TV there (service call). But they will check it out for free if you bring it in. They have parts for most everything electronic, and if they don't they can get it for you.
