Very bad experience! 😡😡😡Not sure about that staff’s name but she seemed like a person in charge, she is a tall kiwi lady with long and curly hair. I went there to buy a birthday gift (a 12 pieces dinner set) for my friend as he loves the brand. After I made the payment, I just asked nicely if I can have a gift receipt so that my friend could come and exchange the set if he doesn’t like the design. Good product with good price. however，the older staff treated the guests differently.
Very bad shopping experience. Today, an older employee in the store had a very bad attitude and was very ignorant of our feelings. When I told her I have the member at checkout, she had prevaricated with a big discount. Didn't help us try. BTW didn't have any customers in the store at the time!
