Ordered a stator off them Dec. 19 after foolishly getting one from Amazon didn't didn't work. Had it shipped and it arrived Dec 22. Installed and all good. Great service
My husband and I just left Royal Distributing in Innisfil and the young man that helped up named Spencer was amazing..very helpful and patient and had wonderful tips to help us. We are new to snowmobiling and now very excited. Spencer fitted us head to toe! We will definitely be back and hopefully Spencer will be working to help us even more! Thank you so much!
I just wanted to say thank you to Isaiah who was super helpful with tracking down a pair of snowmobile boots for me today. I also appreciated his friendly and professional attitude.
I will never order anything online from Royal Distributing again. I ordered new Skis for my snowmobile during Black Friday and they still have not even been shipped one month later. When I placed the order it said they would ship in a few days and now it is the Christmas holidays and I still have not received them. I called customer service about the issue and the associate was shockingly rude and unprofessional. He claimed they were waiting for the mounting kit and had no idea when or if they would recieve it.
