I’ve been to this location several times and in the past Ive had experiences with the parts dept that were average at best and somewhat indifferent. Sammy served me today and the experience was spectacular. Very efficient and friendly customer service. A model employee in my view to have in this important customer facing position at your store. I was in today to purchase some oil for my bike ran into Sammy She was amazing. Very knowledgeable, kind she possibly should be running this store. due to the fact she's the only one that had the balls to ride a motorcycle into work and she was extremely polite she probably should be getting a raise shes that good
