I want to express my deepest gratitude to both Sam and her father Dan. These two individuals do not know me at all yet they assisted me and celebrated me during my visit. Brought me to tears. They are wonderful people. I've never shopped here before as it is a2 hour drive for me but I will definitely be back. Thank you Sam and your wonderful father, Dan for making such an impact on me. Lastly cheers to fitting into a size small instead of a 1X for the first time in my life. Great store and a vast selection too.
Spoke with someone named Nevaeh on the phone and had the best costumer service experience she was very well spoken, very enthusiastic and she was able to solve my problem. I also visited the store and had a great experience as well all the staff I spoke to were very helpful 10/10 experience
Walked around trying to find a helmet for my daughter, trying to figure things out for 30min. Store was empty, plenty of staff, not one asked if they could help. Kanata.

I’ve been to Royal Distributing a few times now while buying my first motorcycle gear — helmet, gloves, jacket, and a few other things. The staff has always been super friendly, patient, and willing to help. Since I’m new to motorcycles, I had a lot of questions and probably spent way more time than an experienced rider would 😅, but nobody ever made me feel rushed or annoyed.
