Online ordering is incredibly slow and they offer very little information on the status of orders. They like to leave you guessing when orders will show up. They could do much better!

This was our first visit to Royal Distributing in Kanata, and OMG, it was a fun experience! We needed to be clothed from head to toe, and Karen was so knowledgeable, listened to our needs, offered options, verified stock on items not available, and was just overall a delight to talk with. Then at checkout, Michele took over, and we had a blast with her too - she made sure our profile account was set up correctly, ordered the missing items for us, made sure the discounts were applied, and we had good laughs with her. UPDATE: This brand is just not what it used to be. Since they came under new ownership a few years ago every aspect of their business has declined. I hate leaving negative reviews but in this case I need to. I worked with them for many years and witnessed them become disconnected from their customer base. Service in the stores is poor.
