After Covid the Director of the Pulvertaft Hand Clinic was a 'changed man'. Different Attitude. Might have been a sad mishap in his life. Usual variable wait for actual appointment time. Friendly and helpful admin and excellent nurses and doctors. Pharmacy is based here and a pleasant cafe.
Very friendly and no waiting today, in fact they called me in the morning and told me that my 12.30 appointment can be brought forward. I was 'done and dusted' by the time of my actual appointment.
