A colonoscopy was on my top ten list of procedures I never wanted to have done . As a retired nurse I had more insight into the procedure than I'd have liked . From the moment I entered the department I was made to feel as relaxed as I could be . I felt listened to and put at ease . Not a pleasant procedure but not nearly as scary as I thought
Had a colonoscopy this morning (6th Sept ) The staff were brilliant, Elenore greeted me and put me at ease, had a short wait then met the team fronted by Dr. Andy Cole, again they put me at ease. They are a great team and deserve 10/10. We cannot stress the importance of completing and sending off the testing kits as it can save your life

Excellent care from Mr Atia and Doctor Alshawwaf and the rest of their team today (25/2/25). Gas and air offered made it much more comfortable than previous experience elsewhere. Post procedure care also very good. Happy patient!
