I've been trying to get a refund on a procedure I never received for MONTHS now and keep getting the run around. I've contacted them multiple times and shown up multiple times in person and still have not been able to get my refund. I'm STILL trying!
BE CAREFUL! with this place, the person who handle the billing department Doris is very rude and try to charge me for a procedure that is was not in the list of according to the Dr jack who was very kind as well with Sandra.
