My son required emergency operation. The team were very good. All went well. We had Nurse Jacqui when we were transferred to the adolescent ward, 5a. She was absolutely amazing, very calming, friendly and personable. She made a very anxious and scary time for both my son and I soo much more relaxing and less intense. She is a gem and deserves some recognition for her amazing work and personable skills
