TLDR; Best $30 (after a 20% tip!) a dude can spend on a haircut and the owner / stylist is an absolute sweetheart. Longer Version; I’ve been getting my haircut at really high end barber shops in Bellevue for probably a decade now because, in the past, every time I didn’t do that I regretted it. She's unprofessional, rude and pries into customers business. Not everyone wants to tell their business. Also got mad about card payment when her window clearly states she accepts card.

My is the owner and sole hair cutter at this neighborhood spot. She’s been cutting hair for decades and has been on 9th Ave for 20 years. My longish hair is hard to cut as evidenced by the numerous poor cuts I’ve had at Rudy’s and other spots. My gave me the best cut I’ve had for a LONG time!! All for 1/2 the price of other places ($30). She listened to what I wanted and more importantly was able to do it!! Highly recommend Royal Cuts in Highland Park.
