I was just looking up the hours of operation and noticed the two ridiculous reviews about a few customers who had their feelings hurt. Sam is great at what he does, as is his staff. I'm guessing that loyal customers like me won't be missing those of you in Forsyth that just need a hug and a nap.
My family is going to Royal Cuts from last 7 years. I've recommended them to many friends. From last two visits I noticed Sam is making racist and derogatory remarks to one particular ethnicity. He is deeply disrespectful attitude towards certain customers. . He is making unreasonable demands such as I can only cut your hairs if you don't move, your head should be absolutely clean before I put my hand. Racism, Treating customers differently... I go to this place for 4 years after I moved to Suwanee today my experience forced me to add this review. No doubt they do good job but more than that respect and customer service is important. I called today at noon and booked an appointment. When I went there, since one stylist was working with other customer, the owner asked me to wait. When an american stepped in and asked if there is a waiting time the owner took him immediately.
