It's pretty bad to have a 3 and 1/2 star average, and let me tell you, Royal cup has earned every missing star. Is a woefully and competent and miserable interaction slow and inept with terrible communication. Fixing a coffee maker shouldn't be that hard, but the least you could do is leave a status note instead of I don't give a crap.
I called 3 times stating my office was out of coffee. Still no coffee was delivered.
Would not recommend Royal Cup. Anytime Coffee is a much more reliable vendor - next day delivery for businesses. With Royal Cup my orders either never arrive or show up weeks late. Customer service is not helpful and nobody can tell you where your order is. They respond that your ticket has been escalated and a rep will call you but nobody calls and your order never arrives.
Quick unload! These folks are on the ball. Would deliver here again.
This company apparently has wreckless drivers doing their deliveries. Almost was hit by this truck due to their speeding. Then the driver had the audacity to purposely cut me off right after they almost drove me off the side of the rode.
