Not a coffee shop
We have used this company as our distributor in Our Charlotte location, for the past year. The service has been absolutely horrible. We have been missed for our deliveries several times. They never missed invoicing though or getting paid. We had trouble with the rented machines in the office, on top of not responding to several communication attempts( calling, leaving messages and email) to them they took a very long time replacing the equipment.
