Dorothy was very nice and professional, however, if i was dissatisfied because my hair was like a rats nest when she finished. Btw you should also know that about half of the time there is no hand massaging on your scalp its being done by a machine and then the waterfall the rest of the time. To each its own but so not worth the money.

My husband purchased the Oasis Package for me for Christmas. I had seen videos on TikTok and couldn’t wait to experience the scalp and hair treatment, massage chair, and relaxation. Tisha did an amazing job, and the experience was better than anticipated! It was luxurious in every way, and I felt like a new person when I left. I highly recommend Royal Crown Head & Beard Spa for anyone who wants to be pampered this side of heaven.
Very relaxing and wonderful massage bed. Highly recommend!
