Update: I just found out that there is a Washington state law that prohibits rent increae. It went i to effect May of 2025. When moved in 3 years ago I paid $575 now in 2026 heck even by 2025 it went ALL the way up to $700!!!! Please get a lawyer and investigate ASAP. These people have no heart.

Update: They just rented to a family of 6 living out of an RV and in one week of being here they have had more people over they I have in the 3 years that I have been here. They are loud have like 6 six kids all living in one RV with 2 parents! They let there kids ride scooters around the parking lot! Pray that your car doesn't get scratched. Absolutely one of the worst property managers or owners I have ever spoken with. I was trying to explain my situation with him and he couldn’t even give me the time or day and straight up told me he would not rent to me. Will never recommend this place ever.
