Absolutely one of the worst property managers or owners I have ever spoken with. I was trying to explain my situation with him and he couldn’t even give me the time or day and straight up told me he would not rent to me. Will never recommend this place ever.
Bought my first mobile home here. It's a small community. It does not have a community pool or recreation area or picnic area and only offers a laundry lounge consisting of 2 sets of small coin operated washer & dryer. The lot rent of $575 includes water, sewage, trash and irrigation water. It's a quiet community!
Decent nieghborhood.
Don't move here if you have children or like peace. The druggy neighbors let their kids harass and bully others and we even had to call the cops for our neighbors trespassing in our yard with flashlights. Don't expect the landlord to do anything about these issues.
