Don't trust this company. They don't do what they say they'll do after contract is signed. Lost money with them because of their dishonesty. Nothing can be done because they are the arbitration. There is a reason the office doesn't deal directly with you, only through their agent. There is a reason they keep their office doors locked at all times (so they don't have to answer to anybody.

I would not recommend Royal Crest Homes. The build quality of their homes is extremely poor, with numerous defects that surfaced shortly after moving in. Their service on warranty claims is equally disappointing—unresponsive, dismissive, and unprofessional. Dean, the owner, shows no concern for his customers or the issues they face. Avoid this builder if you value quality and good customer service.

NEGATIVE 5 - We purchased our Royal Crest Home in 2/2023. We have had nothing but problems with our house. The electrical panel is not large enough for our home so fuses are constantly blowing, the front door is not installed properly and has about a 1 inch gap at the bottom so insects are always coming in and cold air, the fireplace is not useable as the smoke blows down into the house, the vent above the oven is not sealed and constructed with incorrect material; the cook top is not adaptative to propane; our microwave wen... read more
