I went in to RCU River Falls because I needed a whole bunch of papers notarized. They took the time to make an appointment right then and there and I did not have to come back. I worked with Sawyer who was great at helping me figure out what needed to be signed. When I made some mistakes, he printed off new sheets for me and provided an envelope with paper clips at the end. Very pleased with the service every time I go in. I would highly recommend RCU in River Falls

Anthony Made My Day! Absolutely panicked to not be able to access messaging from Royal Credit Union to reset my account password while traveling. I rely on online banking for account information and routine transactions on an almost daily basis. Was able to schedule a same-day appointment as soon as I got home at RCU's local office and Anthony got to the bottom of the problem right away. Most grateful for his help!
