If I could, a 4.5 star! I lived here with my boyfriend for three years, and I was actually a bit sad to leave! Every apartment complex faces their own issues, but what I will say is that everytime there was an issue, Chris and Shaundra addressed it very swiftly. The first year I moved in after previous management, there was a serious package theft issue where my packages were going missing every single day. We have loved living at Royal Cove! Shortly after we moved in Shaundra took over as the property manager, and she has been nothing short of amazing! She puts thought and time into ensuring the property is well-maintained and goes above and beyond, putting together community events throughout the year. It is a friendly and quiet community. Being up front woth a company and being in the middle of a bankruptcy which I was very open about and was told it would be absolutely no problem!!! Wouldnt recommended kinda of lied kinda untruthful seems like a free 57.95 money grab!!
The staff and owners are always looking to improve the experience for their tenants by continuing to put money into property upgrades. Sarah and her team are great to work with with! Highly recommend
