Being up front woth a company and being in the middle of a bankruptcy which I was very open about and was told it would be absolutely no problem!!! Wouldnt recommended kinda of lied kinda untruthful seems like a free 57.95 money grab!!
The staff and owners are always looking to improve the experience for their tenants by continuing to put money into property upgrades. Sarah and her team are great to work with with! Highly recommend
I just moved out of Royal Cove after 3 years and really enjoyed living there. The current property manager, Shaundra, started soon after my roommate and I moved in, and you can really see how much effort she’s put into making the building and community great. The location is also fantastic. Super convenient for grocery shopping, perfect for walks, and so close to all kinds of fun shopping and attractions in Newport, Covington, and Cincinnati. Would highly recommend this place!
I am thankful to have been able to live here for the past couple of years! The staff is SO kind and helpful. I am sad to leave! I'd recommend anyone to live here and I can't thank this apartment enough.
