The staff and owners are always looking to improve the experience for their tenants by continuing to put money into property upgrades. Sarah and her team are great to work with with! Highly recommend
I just moved out of Royal Cove after 3 years and really enjoyed living there. The current property manager, Shaundra, started soon after my roommate and I moved in, and you can really see how much effort she’s put into making the building and community great. The location is also fantastic. Super convenient for grocery shopping, perfect for walks, and so close to all kinds of fun shopping and attractions in Newport, Covington, and Cincinnati. Would highly recommend this place!
I am thankful to have been able to live here for the past couple of years! The staff is SO kind and helpful. I am sad to leave! I'd recommend anyone to live here and I can't thank this apartment enough.
I have lived here for 3y and absolutely enjoy it! The building gets cleaned twice a week. It’s never dirty and always smells clean. It is a quiet and calm community if people, who I’ve befriended some at the seasonal get-together. The location is only a mile to any shopping that I need, like Target, Aldi, Kroger, Home Goods, etc. There are plenty of Bluetooth compatible washer and dryers on each floor—making laundry quick and convenient!
