I find the staff and nurses exceptional . They are fun and very chatty. Brilliant at there job .
Missed a call from the Eye Unit after my opticians sent an emergency referral in to them. Rang them back within a few minutes of the missed call and couldn't get through, the line was either engaged or just rang continuously with no answerphone option. Managed to get through to someone after hours of trying who took my details and said someone would call me back. Kept my phone with me and free all day and heard nothing back at all. My brother took me to my appointment on Thursday 11th of April. When I got there I was told my appointment had been cancelled. I wasn't informed that my appointment had been cancelled, despite the fact the receptionist read out my correct telephone number. A member of staff told me that they had contacted my support worker and told them my appointment was cancelled. I have never given my support workers details across as a point of contact, so it isn't possible for Treliske to contact my support worker. My Cpn is on annual l... read more
Haven't been yet! But for the last 12months they keep bombarding me every week, with endless text msg appointments that I don't want it need. I actually wrote a letter last year explained everything, but still keep getting dates 🤬 please go away'!
All ok. Most staff very helpful.
