My furnace stopped working on Dec. 30th – one of the worst times this could happen due to the Christmas holidays. I called Royal Comfort and they agreed to come the same evening. Steve, the Royal Comfort representative, arrived within the promised time period, inspected the furnace and diagnosed it as a failed blower motor. worst experience like the previous comments... They charge to service for the equipment under warranty. Not responsive. Emails to the company returned undeliverable. They don't attend to fix their mistakes after the Enbridge inspection.
Worst company I've ever dealt with, bad service, bad attitude towards costumers.save your time and money, avoid this company. they will NOT honor any warranty, wasted over $3000 on a new air conditioner that did not last 8 months. AVOID AVOID AVOID
