RecommendedI would highly recommend Royal Comfort! They go above and beyond every time they come to our home for our needs. They are small town feel, friendly, punctual, and through!!! We were told by 3 other companies we needed a new AC until 3 years ago. We called Royal Comfort for another option and they came out changed a part and said "This is exactly why we are in this business to help costumers not to charge for things people do not need" We will be Royal Comfort Customer for life :)
RecommendedGreat company. Great quality, honest and quick. Our air conditioner went out in July and we had several companies come out to give us a quote. Royal gave us a fair quote and even when we thought we needed to add more stuff, they told us no. It was not needed. We asked on a Friday to install our new unit and they were here early the following Monday. Will go through Royal for any future needs!!
THANK YOU! Our AC went out on Saturday night. We called early Sunday, and a tech was here within an hour to analyze the issue. First thing Monday, he got the parts we needed and was back to make the repair. We had working air again by 10:30am -- on a day forecast to reach the mid-90s! The tech was skilled, friendly, and efficient. Outstanding service!
