I lived in this place almost a full year and so glad I FINALLY made it out! While in here, there was a lot of broken promises, skimpy cheap sandwiches tossed at me over missed meals, my personal items washed with other residents clothes and down a black hole to never be seen again, consistently being forgotten on many requests, my kitchen floor breaking apart without something safer in place so I don't trip, a big black hole when it came to any of my medical needs (a newer facility doctor finally helped); and geez, much more... read more
ED non communicative, business office is RUDE, overdrew my mother's account yesterday with NO explanation! Filing a complaint from the state! CEO sent an email basically trying to school me and offered for me to move my mother our rather than Fix THEIR issue at the community!
This review is for Ruth, since I started working here she has always been a very nice person, always smiling and loving with the residents, she is a very professional person with a huge heart. I just love work with her.
Ruth the director is uncaring, cold hearted and highly unprofessional. I was told in a hallway that he needed 24 hour care while we found a new place for him to live. We took him out of there and they told me they didn’t know he was gone. Part of his plan was for night shift caregivers to check on his room hourly to make sure he hadn’t fallen so apparently no one looked in on him or they would have known he was gone. He was a fall risk so he could have fallen and bled out on the floor and no one would had ever checked on him... read more
