Long wait but once I was seen by Dr.Makay I received excellent care.Dr Makay was very thorough, explained my problem and made sure all avenues were covered to access my condition. Special thanks to Dr.Makay

I wish I could give zero stars to the ER system itself. However, the exceptional care and compassion I received from Nurse Benjamin and all the doctors and nurses who treated me far outweighed my frustration—so I am giving five stars in their honor. I arrived at the ER around 3 p.m. with severe abdominal pain and uncontrollable vomiting. I hadn’t been able to eat, and the pain was so intense I truly feared for my life. 6 hours of waiting (not too bad these days in ER). Didn't want to go to any ER initially, but UPCC simply told me to get lost. During the stay, I saw only one doctor in ER. The doctor and nurses are very nice, the issue lies with the system, not the people working within it.
