The name of this business says it's a walk in clinic. Seems simple enough. I checked the business, and physically walked to it from my home nearby. At the ground floor there is exactly zero indications this business is where it says it is, so naturally I called for guidance. Nobody picked up after multiple tries. The reception service is terrible, especially in the last year or so. I didn't have a family doctor, and a girl at reception offered to fill out a form to wait for a doctor. She explained to me that she was the doctor I'd seen before at the Walk-In Clinic. However, when I went to see her, she put me with a terrible nurse who kept drinking Red Bull while seeing me. Restrictive hours. Trying to get ahold of someone here is like playing the slots but the reward is a receptionist who sounds like they dont want to talk to you. I'm real glad I have unlimited calling from my phone because I have to call them at least 20 times to get ahold of anyone there. Oh and I need the apply for disability tax credit because my partner can't work. And it costs $250. I need to spend a quarter grand to this clinic for their doctors to tell the government our household doesn't make enough money.
