I had an appointment at this walk-in clinic and ended up waiting 60 minutes with no explanation. The receptionists never acknowledged the delay or provided a reason. A frustrating experience overall.

We booked the appointment with dr and try to cancel by phone because it’s less than 24 hours. We called them 5 times to cancel no answer at all. Reception staff were super rude asked us to keep calling them. Charge us for no show even it was their mistake not answering our call for cancellation. Not recommended at all.

I have had my doctor's appointment cancelled 3 separate times in over the last few months. The first time they said that there was a power outage and that everyone went home. They later said that everyone went back to the office. The next time, after booking my appointment, they contacted and said the doctor would not be working, on a Friday, but for whatever reason they allowed me to book it before hand. My appointment was at 2.20 but was delayed until 3.00 pm without explanation or any words from receptionist. Doctor even didnt ask me the medical history. Just few questions regarding the physician note I got when doing pre-employment testing in my company. It lacks of professional services, duty of care the health care team should have. Very disappointed about the services they provide.
