I have used this company several times to do work at our home. I absolutely love the outcome! It looks great, and it lasts a long time with no issues. They take their time to make sure everything is done right, and I appreciate that. I would highly recommend this company!
I absolutely would not recommend using Royal Coat of New Bern. Although the company provides and acceptable product and service, their customer support after the sale is abysmal. We contracted for a patio and sidewalk to be covered and stamped with a design. John, the owner was the one that completed the job. The first 18 months, everything was great. I recently had 2 porch floors coated by Royal Coat. The company came highly recommended by multiple friends and neighbors. I can confirm they did not disappoint. The whole process was outstanding from start to finish. The team that did our floors was professional and courteous with high attention to detail.
