Mark is an unreliable individual. He provided me with an estimate of $21,595 for a bent low fender, new radiator, and some panel cover, claiming that these were original Chevy parts, even though the parts suppliers he collaborates with don't actually have them in stock. It's almost as if he believed I would fall for his story and proceed with the repairs. Absolutely not! I decided to have my truck towed from his shop to a professional collision center, which is what I should have done from the beginning.
