Best service arrived on time and cleaned really good even though I was keep asking if that’s not too much or normal routine work. I bought basic spring cleaning special for $99. And she cleaned my whole 2200 sq feet house with no issues left smiling. I am being calling my friends and family about it. I love the time she spends in cleaning. Crew came out and used an unapproved cleaner on our floors, leaving them hazy and greasy. The crew knew about the condition of the floors, apologized, and left anyway. Called the office and had someone come back out to redo the floors. They brought the same cleaner and left the floors in the same condition. The last few times we’ve used this company, they either bring horrible supplies that don’t do the job, or ask to use ours. The quality of their work has really gone down.
If you want someone to hang out in your house and move some things around and leave- this is your place! I can’t find a single thing that was “cleaned”. She came Friday at 9am and Monday at 1pm they want to offer the “24 hour guarantee” to make it right. I’ve been trying to reach them since Friday. Now my family is all in town and I’ve been trying to get things done since she left. And they still tried to make me pay over half the cost. Nope. Never again.
