Go off base!!! Should have had read the other reviews first. Rude staff. Staff started throwing a fit when I opened my patches from the plastic bag. Way over priced. Over a week of waiting for small items.
You have to pay when you drop your items off. Their turnaround is fairly quick.
They are very rude and will overcharge you for everything. Please go off base, it is not worth the rudeness and cost from them. To sow a rank on a cover, they charged me $15. They made rude comments under their breath while they were taking my payment. I will never, ever use their service of any kind from this place and their workers. They have been their far too long, knowing the military personnel will pay whatever price they have for those who don’t have an option. It’s expensive. I started going off base.
I had a rank change on my hat done here and she just threw away my previous rank and told me I should have informed her ahead of time that I wanted to keep it. I would not come here again. Not to mention service is pricey.
