I brought in a pair of pants to alter. I paid $20 when I picked them up. But , after trying them on, the legs were not the same length. I returned, but the clerk insisted those were not the pants I dropped off and refused to to correct their error. He also refused to refund my money. Never again. I would not recommend this place for alterations ever. I notice that they are not ranked in the top venues for alterations….Laramee Williamstown
If I could give them a zero I would. The rude belligerent young man said their prices were so high because they “charge what they want”. He also said if I don’t like the prices “don’t come back.” I’ll be taking his advice.
Dropped off a few uniforms for a regimented academy to have cleaned and pressed. There should be 3 crisp creases. I paid $65 for them to turn out like this. Such a mess.
