took clothing to this location- 3 uniform blouses: $12.00 ea. 1 uniform- 1 pair of pants: $ 10.00 1 jacket - $20.00 total bill $ 66.00 Talk about sticker shock!! Never should cost that much no matter where a person goes!! Last time going there.

I dropped off my academic regalia to be cleaned and the zipper repaired. They said one month. They did not call me back. I checked in two months later, and they had lost my items. They found them at another store but the zipper had not been repaired…after two months.

Dropped our down comforter off in August for dry cleaning. Was given an estimate of two weeks. They lost the comforter, we were told several times that they were looking for it. It was finally found after I told them what the replacement cost would be. This was 10 weeks after we dropped it off, and in the mean time, it got cold and we had to go out and purchase another.
