1st time using this cleaners. Took in a total of 12 curtain panels. 8 panels unlined, same curtain and 4 lined, weighted of a different type. All eight online panels are roughly 6 to 8 inches shorter than when I took them to the cleaners. And if there was any doubt By the Cleaner, the care and washing instruction label was still attached to all curtains.
