Love the work they do and the customer service. They are friendly and informative, a gem of Salem..
They do a good job cleaning and pressing my clothes and have them ready when promised.
I've been going to Royal Cleaners for 20+ years, and I've never been disappointed. I go for general cleaning of my few dry-clean-only garments, not for any tailoring---so I can't speak to that. But I would certainly trust them with alterations if I had the need. When I pick up my clothes, they always look great. I'll happily continue supporting this business.
I would like to start off by saying that I never should have been to this business in the first place. The first time I tried going there I was ignored. I was waiting behind someone and the business owner did not even acknowledge me. Customer service 101 dictates that you at least say to customers "I'm sorry I'll be with you as soon as I can." I didn't even get that service so I left. Since there is no one else that is convenient in this area for me to go to I did go back and I want to warn anyone to not patronize this place... read more
