Very condescending, obnoxious and zero customer service relation. They don’t care about winning new customers, they rely solely on their old relationships and old glory (reputation). Which is all fine and dandy. Only life is constantly growing and time does not stand still. Definitely did not earn my business but my guess they don’t care. Which is also fine by me.
Never paid more than $30 to have my Santa jacket and pants dry cleaned along with Mrs Claus sweater dry cleaned in Shawano for the past 10 years, since I moved to Green Bay I took it to Royal cleaners on webster st. $93.!!!! Guess who is now on the naughty list? Guess I'll take it back to Shawano from now on.
The managers are rude. They said as a paying customer that your emotional over a jacket. They didn’t know this jacket was the last thing my grandfather gave me before he passed. They didn’t know how to clean my jacket and they should have refused to clean my jacket. I suggest you get new management especially when they say they hate doing customer service. We had an excellent experience here. I took my wife and daughter's ball gowns in, both have large mesh areas with delicate decoration and both were full of hair and this and that from the ballet and the wind and the floors, both were darkened along the lower edges from walking and sitting ect.. when I picked them up, only several days later so there was really no inconvenience with wait, the gowns were ready as if they were hanging on display and ready to be sold again. Will never use this place again nor recommend they clearly have a history of ruining people comforters as per other reviews and even worse they refuse to make appropriate recourse the manager Lisa was very rude to me and would not let me hardly talk and keep throwing out there oh and not to mention the care labels that has always been on my comforter magically disappeared
