We had an excellent experience here. I took my wife and daughter's ball gowns in, both have large mesh areas with delicate decoration and both were full of hair and this and that from the ballet and the wind and the floors, both were darkened along the lower edges from walking and sitting ect.. when I picked them up, only several days later so there was really no inconvenience with wait, the gowns were ready as if they were hanging on display and ready to be sold again. Will never use this place again nor recommend they clearly have a history of ruining people comforters as per other reviews and even worse they refuse to make appropriate recourse the manager Lisa was very rude to me and would not let me hardly talk and keep throwing out there oh and not to mention the care labels that has always been on my comforter magically disappeared

Would not come here again. My comforter was destroyed and would only reimburse me for the cost of dry cleaning. I have gone to other dry cleaners with a similar comforter and had no troubles.
