We had a sump pump installed and downspouts disconnected from the sewers. Royal Classic Plumbing did a great job - it was done quickly and the price was reasonable. It was clear that our satisfaction was very important to them.

The technician came for a free in person quote for repair, and he was honest and gave us the price for repair before the work. He came very quick (in 20 minutes), and did the repair. The technician also came for another visit (for free) to make sure there is no further leak and do small fixtures. Highly recommended!

The technician came for a free in person quote for repair, and he was honest and gave us the price for repair before the work. He came very quick (in 20 minutes), and did the repair. However, after he did the repair, there was still leak from the pipe. He promised he will come and take a look again for free. He is keep promising to come but he doesn’t. Now the leak is getting worse, and the technician is still not coming. Once the technician got the money, he stopped giving further service.
