Amazing office, so happy we have switched to here. Very patient with our cat who can be hard to examine, and up-front with costs and prioritizing tests/care.

I would give zero if I could. I wish I had asked others in my building before I had entrusted this vet with my pets (and a lot of my money). Now having spoken with neighbours I was "warned". First the staff - they are excellent, and when I found this office, mainly because of them I thought I had won the lottery. But as soon as I needed something, I saw their true colours.
