Trash customer service, useless workers
Intentionally poor service. I believe management here keeps only one staff member to service customers even at peak hours. As the line progresses out the door and the one woman disappears for an epic adventure looking for the impossible parcel, the rest of us chew our lips and contemplate our underpaid parking meters. After thirty minutes I finally got to the front and said, "you need to tell your managers that more staff is required during peak hours." I was rewarded with being ignored. I've had packages delivered here for years. It's incredibly convenient since I don't like them left at my doorstep. Any courier I choose drops off and it's free of charge which is incredible. Only an Amazon package is a couple bucks. The service is always friendly with a smile. Sometimes you have to wait a few minutes in line but it's no different than the post office and usually quicker. I highly recommend this place. They also have convenient PO boxes.
