This is not my first trip to the Royal Service dept. With my positive initial experience in mind I went back. They did not disappoint. As always it is the people that make the difference! If I'm in the area and the need arises I will certainly go back!
This is the 2nd time I’ve had repairs done at Royal. My main concern is that on both occasions it took a week to get my car in to be checked. The first time repairs were quick. This last time it took over 7 wks for my car to be fixed. Under staffing seems to be an ongoing problem.
Josh was great ! The communication was 100% he walked me thru the job step by step. The dealership is lucky to have such a great employee.
