This business has the worst customer service. My Mom got a 2023 Hybrid Jeep from them and it has been in for service 9 times in less than 2 years due to various issues including "check engine" lights multiple times. She has taken it to them too many times and it was in their service department for 3 months once. Every time they give it back to her "fixed". She has lost time from work and spent far more time in the service department than someone with a 2023 should ever have to. They "mansplained" her and do not value her bus... read more
The problem I had the vehicle in for was fixed, and the people were friendly and polite. The only issue I had was that it took 2 1/2 weeks.
This dealership was the best I had ever dealt with and all the people were very friendly. Our breakdown happened while we were on a trip and they worked very hard to get us going as quickly as possible. The wife and I want to thank them and we would recommend this dealership to anyone.
