Used to be the best.. now it’s a shadow of what it was. I’ve been coming to Royal Chopstix since their original location near Kroger, before they moved across the freeway to this custom-built spot. Back then, it was always packed, and for good reason. The food was fresh, flavorful, and made with care. Their eggrolls were legendary: crisp, golden, and stuffed with large pieces of shrimp. Don’t get the beef with garlic sauce. $14 for thinly sliced frozen beef that didn’t taste real. Undercooked rice too. There was less meat than a McDonald’s hamburger
Great local Chinese food that is very authentic!! Reminds me of a New York style Chinese restaurant!!
My favorite Chinese food in DFW, perhaps all of Texas. I am from N.Y. where there are many great Chinese restaurants. I have been searching for good Chinese food here and have had many disappointments. The chicken chow mein is amazingly good. Simple and clean restaurant. Reasonable prices. Always stop here when I visit Dallas.
