I have been a real estate agent for 25 years and I have dealt with a lot of carpet cleaning and cleaning companies. I have never come across one who did such a thorough and professional job. Royal choice cleaning and restoration is first class. The two young men they sent out were professional and knew exactly what the problem was and cleaned it up and it was spic and span when they left. Whole house is white tile with gray grout and it looked brand new sparkling clean when they were done. I also had area rugs done and they came out great! Highly recommend, will use again.

Our military service organization hired Royal Choice to clean the carpets in our building and they did a fantastic job. Danny and his team showed up on time, were very thorough and detail-oriented. They put extra effort into a heavily worn, high-traffic area of the carpet we weren’t sure would ever really come clean again but they did it! Royal Choice Carpet and Tile cleaning did such a great job cleaning and sealing our tile and upholstery. It looks brand new! Danny is so professional, thoughtful, and nice to work with! Very reasonable price! We highly recommend them!

We had a 16 yr old sofa that needed cleaning after years of normal kid wear and tear. They did a great job and there is no evidence of previous stains!
