Waiting area has no air conditioning. I was very warm sitting and waiting for my car.
If I could leave zero stars, I would. This is my second time coming here. The first time in my older car they broke my passenger seat. No compensation given whatsoever, I let it go, brought my new car here thinking maybe it was a fluke. This time around, I paid for the most expensive car wash and it looks Like nothing was done to my car. Was told my car isn't made to go on rollers and they cannot service me. I was told my car can only be washed by hand, which is false because ive gone to other places and this car went on the rollers just fine. I own a tesla model , which has a built in car wash mode made to do exactly that, and its enabled at the push of a button. I even explained it to the guy but he was kind of rude and just walked away. Bummer.
Fantastic. 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee was filthy and they got her sparkling again inside and out. Looks like new. Went with the top tier wash package. Worth every penny plus tip. There was good attention to detail which means you will be here for awhile. Took about an hour and a half. But again worth it. Unlike other reviews, there were plenty of employees on hand. Plenty of both inside and outside seating to wait in.
