I had a really bad experience on June 13th at 6:26pm Driving on hwy 5 north before the hwy 50 entrance. I’m on the carpool lane trying to merge to the 3rd lane, and this truck kept on going bumper to bumper with the white Acura suv in front of him so I can not merge.
