Don't be fooled by the 5-star reviews and good comments. I paid several hundred dollars for a carpet cleaning that took less than 1 hour for a 5-room house. Plus, there was a stain left on the carpet that wasn't there before. I've been trying to contact this business for 2 full days and the manager will not call me back even though the staff claims that he will. I was hoping to give to a small local business, but this service and the customer service was so poor that I cannot recommend this business to any customers.
ROYAL CARPET&RUG CLEANING TX did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets! Tanner was really friendly and explained everything clearly. With four dogs, a bunch of kids, and nieces and nephews always making messes, our carpets had lots of stains and pet accidents.
