So far so good — communication was smooth and pickup was on time. The price was higher than I expected, so I really hope they deliver on what they promised. They said 2–3 weeks and guaranteed a deep clean. I’ll be expecting the rug to come back spotless. Let’s see.
We had the stair runner and dining room carpets cleaned. Very pleased with the service and the two gentlemen who did the cleaning.

The site shows the address where the construction is going on. we don’t have a car, my child and I walked for 30 minutes to agree on cleaning the carpet. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed when we arrived at the place.
