Horrible!!! I've scheduled 2 appointments w them and both times they come or even show up I do NOT live in Colorado you must be looking at the wrong person and my original review was written 11 years ago! So you can not say you've never talked to me

I called to get my dryer vent cleaned out because it was taking forever to dry a load of clothes. He was prompt, knowledgeable, affordable, and neat. He checked to make sure everything was connected correctly and checked to see if dryer was heating up. I would definitely call again!

I contacted Royal Carpet Cleaning about air duct cleaning in my home. Mr. Baker came right out and inspected the ducts and made a written estimate which I accepted and an appointment scheduled for the following week. The scheduled time came and went without a call or appearance. I call the company and left a message on an answering machine asking for a return call.
