Great service. Punctuality, professionalism and attention to detail is Incredible. Completely satiafied and highly recommend them.
Called them gave me a cost and when they did the job the carpets all still look dirty I explained what I needed done and in text messages confirmed a DEEP CLEANING I gave room descriptions and sizes and the staircase and one couch… they did 3 rooms 2 staircases and a rug and couch in less then 2 hours… I sent pictures saying it was not a good job and he simply said it’s damage. I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They initially provided me with a quote for a job, but on the scheduled day, they called to say they would be arriving an hour later than planned. To make matters worse, they informed me that the cost would be higher than the original quote. When I expressed my concerns, they hung up on me. This lack of professionalism and poor customer service has left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I would not recommend their services.
I had a mattress cleaning. I am still shocked after it’s done. He came in with a portable steamer where you can rent from home depot and do it yourself. The work is less than 10mins cost me $150. The result looks same. Just smell better from the febreze. No mattress cleaning here if anyone considering.
