Perfectly as described. From the agent taking the job, description and timing of appointment was all as described. The cleaners described what they were going to do before starting. Set expectations and offered tips on DIY cleaning in the future. Their attention to detail was great, even when it came to taking care of their own equipment. They repeated and summarized instructions when I asked for it and they did it professionally and politely. Well done to the whole team!!
