I booked a cruise to Labadee Haiti and Royal Caribbean has changed my port due to Haiti’s restrictions. I don’t want to go where they are redirecting the boat all I want is my money back. They refuse to refund me my money stating that it’s non refundable, but it’s them who are cancelling my original cruise this is unacceptable and borderline robbery. cruise....chmoose....my last cruise, icon of the seas... the worlds best/biggest ship..still sucked... i am not a fan of cruises obviously , lol .. now if i can just get them to stop sending me junk mail to go on another cruise.... for that alone, i will never waste my money on another cruise ... now i have to deal with their junk mail for years.... thanks royal Caribbean
