As someone who deals with the medication ordering and taking in medications for a company their new system they switched to sucks. I use the sheets they provide to check in meds and now everything is itemized by 30 pills. For those who receive a lot of meds this is highly inconvenient and extremely time consuming on our end. Also the labels don’t contain the refill after dates anymore so how am I supposed to know as someone who orders medications when I am allowed to fax them through to be filled. Again highly inconvenient.
Very responsive and professional
This Company Defrauds the Elderly! I called to cancel their outrageously overpriced subscription service in December and they have consistently billed my mother every month over $200 and she is no longer a customer of theirs. I have called and emailed repeatedly and they will not stop billing. This company engages in elder fraud.
I personally have nothing but good things to say about this Pharmacy. Every time I call for a prescription it's usually delivered that night
