Dr. Odonze is very professional and knows what she is doing.She always follow a problem up to the end making sure that she doesn't miss anything. The staff are very friendly and professional.
I go to the clinic next to the pharmacy, it’s an open layout between waiting area and the pharmacy; every time am in , the pharmacist having non stop high volume south Asian songs which I find unprofessional and unconsidered to patients waiting since it’s not a carnival Let the phone on speaker with loud volume, talking to his wife or friend. Very very poor customer service, super rude person
I can see that for the previous years this place has been given 5 star reviews as they had a really kind pharmacist (George). He was great. Unfortunately this is not the case with the new pharmacist. This guy is the definiton of rudeness and 0 costumer service. At one time he dispensed me the wrong dose of medication good thing I checked before I had left and he rectified his mistake.
