If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is an absolute rip-off. They jack up prices way beyond fair market value and try to squeeze every penny out of you with hidden fees and unnecessary add-ons. The salespeople are pushy and misleading, making promises they don’t keep just to get you to sign. I did my research before coming in, and the price they quoted me over the phone was nowhere near what they actually tried to charge in person. Dave is an Honest and Trustworthy Mechanic. Royals prices are comparable to other mechanics. The difference is my first line. Honest and Trustworthy. That is hard to find. I will never go anywhere else.

Charger over $100 for an estimate, which was just plugging in an ODB-2 reader and guessing. Brought it elsewhere and they not only did a free diagnostic, but they fixed the issue for $10. Royal Car Service quoted me over $1000 to “maybe fix it” as they put it.
