I recently visited Royal Cape Cod for a place for my family member, and I was immediately impressed by how clean and cozy it felt. The environment is warm, welcoming and felt more like a home than a facility. The staff were friendly and immediately greeted us with smiles, took the time to answer all our questions, and seemed genuinely caring toward the residents. My grandfather has been here for a while and within the past few years they have gotten new management that has turned this place around. The staff is professional, sweet and attentive. The sense of community that you feel when you walk through the doors makes me want grow old instantly. Kuddos to whomever runs this place.
