Racist Rebecca, the front reception assistant at the bank, refused to open a bank account for my important export business because I am not Asian. She refused service to both me and my business partner due to our race. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this bank to anyone who is not Asian.
This small bank located across 99 ranch market is actually a jewel hidden in haystack! It consistantly offers the best intrest rate in the market and also delivers some specialty features that no one else does! If you are looking for some private banking level experiense, you should give it a try!
